Our Upper East Side office sits on East 61st Street between Lexington Avenue and Third Avenue. The building is a standard Manhattan medical address with no signage that identifies the specific procedures performed inside. Patients arrive and leave discreetly.
The office is a short walk from the following stations: 59th Street / Lexington Avenue (4, 5, 6, N, R, W lines) – approximately 2 minutes; 68th Street / Hunter College (6 line) – approximately 6 minutes; 63rd Street / Lexington Avenue (F, Q lines) – approximately 3 minutes.
Metered street parking is available on East 61st Street and surrounding blocks. Several commercial parking garages are within a one-block walk, including garages on East 60th and East 62nd. Most parking garages in the area offer same-day entry and hourly rates. If you are driving from out of state for the day, we recommend arriving 15 minutes early to account for parking.
Dr. Heller also sees patients at our Staten Island, NY and Edison, NJ locations. Consultations can be scheduled at whichever office is most convenient.
Every consultation is one-on-one with Dr. Heller. There is no rushed sales pitch. Dr. Heller reviews your goals, examines relevant anatomy if you choose, explains which procedures are appropriate and which are not, and provides realistic expectations for results, recovery, and cost. Most consultations run 30 to 60 minutes.
If you are not ready to proceed after the consultation, there is no obligation. Many patients take time to decide, and some return months later once their decision is made. Dr. Heller’s goal is to give you enough information to make the right choice for your situation.
For patients living out of state or internationally, we offer confidential virtual consultations by phone or video. Virtual consultations cover the same material as an in-person visit and help you decide whether to travel for the procedure. Many out-of-state patients book a virtual consultation first, then schedule an in-person visit when they fly in for treatment.
All communication with our office, including phone calls, email replies, and consultation records, is handled under standard medical privacy practices.
